A full kitchen with solid-surface counters and a pass-through window that opens straight onto the lanai bar.
Main bedroom
A king bed.
Second & third bedrooms
A queen bed in each, so the house sleeps six comfortably.
Two bathrooms
Two bathrooms, with a hair dryer and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
Outside
The pool and the lanai
The in-ground pool is heated by a heat pump and sits inside a six-foot fence with two gates. It isn't screened, so you swim under open sky with the plantings and fruit trees around you.
The covered lanai faces west. It has seating, a bar at the kitchen's pass-through window, and a propane grill nearby.
